We go to Gunners weekly. It is a nice bar. Drinks are rather expensive, Often it is difficult to get waited on. The location is convenient for our group. Also we like the fact there is no smoking permitted.
Bar is the nicest setting and fair prices in downtown St. Marys. Dinner options are great. Would recommend the "Whiskey Barrel" dinner. Usually pretty busy Friday and Saturday nights.
This is a great place to go for a drink! There is an impressive beer selection at extremely affordable prices. I wish I could say the same about the food. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich, which was a joke. Not at all spicy, and was expensive. There are few meals on the menu that are priced affordably. The quality does not measure up to the price. Our waitress made it right (great service), but we still left unsatisfied. In short: go there to drink. Beer selection is great and they have local wines. Eat elsewhere unless you want to pay a lot for subpar food.
Food was excellent. Waitress not so great. After bringing meal, never stopped back to check on us and when we finished our meal, immediately brought us our bill. Never asked if we would like dessert, another drink or anything. Was not a nice experience, however will not stop us from going again because as I said food was excellent. Just will ask for a different waitress next time.
We love it here. It's always a great meal, and the staff is wonderful. We even plan our events here for our friends and family to gather. If you're looking for great food in a great environment, this will be your best experience yet.
