The closest thing I could compare this gym to is Average Joe's from the movie Dodgeball. The equipment isn't the newest or cleanest, but it's adequate for lifting weights. The price is a little steep for what they offer, but they're the only choice I have in town.

I love working out at Fitness Connection . I have an awesome personal trainer . She pushes me to help me do more reps . I'm looking good but , not even close to where I want to be . I will get there cause , I have the will power and , somebody that I can count on to push me through! Love my workouts !!!
