Friendly hometown service with big store prices
Problems with all but stove..had fridge serviced twice; repair man fixed half the issue never informng us there would be more problems because of a recall that he was aware of but did not disclose...currently waiting on repair for dishwasher and keep getting the run around...try and shop local and support small business and this is what happens.
Horrible customer.service..bought all new appliances back in 2014..Dishwasher..stove..fridge..microwave.
They sell you the wrong part and when you take it back them they keep your money. DO NOT DO BUISINESS WITH THEM. they sold us a "universal replacement valve stem" for over 100.00 and it did not fit the stove so we took it back... they said too bad you bolted it up to the stove we can not take it back. Bad business people
