Incompetent, my father has been been here for over nine (9) hours for a suspected stroke. They just took a neck MRI and informed us that he has arthritis. They had zero idea why he was even admitted in the first place, and were shocked when they were told why he was actually there. I will be contacting the health department.

A nurse at St. Mary's QCare named Joyce is the worst excuse for a health care worker or a human being, I have ever witnessed in my entire life! As a patient, I asked this Joyce, if I could "please" have the other nurse working that day,,, to be my nurse, instead of Joyce, because the other nurse was nicer. This "Joyce" said, "NO!" and slammed the door, extremely hard. I requested the other nurse working because, I saw JOYCE throwing something from her laptop up against the wall, complaining and scowling. She made me feel so uncomfortable!! Like she hated me for being there! She obviously is a very angry person and perhaps needs to have a physchological evaluation. I honestly am still afraid of her and afraid for my well being. I will travel to another Q Care in the futrue even though the other Q Care is farther for me to drive. Joyce is an older woman with blonde hair. Maybe some menopause meds are needed for her. She was horrible, and I will warn all of my friends, family and chruch friends too.
I'd rather go go Dubois for future health issues... Got broken vein from nurse who seemed unsure of what she was doing. Caused extreme pain.
This hospital is going down hill all of the Dr's are being chased off nobody wants to work 20 hours a day and get paid for 8 it is under staffed all good Dr's are leaving
