They sell junk cars and don't keep their word! They lie when convenient and suits them! Never mind the families they are screwing over selling lemons! Bought 2 cars One lasted a month and the other one after putting over 7000 in repairs is shot now too! They suck!
I would never buy another vehicle from them. I had bought a jeep a month ago from this dealership and have nothing but problems with it. They never acknowledge you when your out there and never return your phone calls or don't answer the phone calls of certain callers. They sweet talk especially towards women. They do not care about their customers especially women. No respect, no honesty and no care and no customer service. My jeep to this day has never been fixed. Do not especially if your woman buy a vehicle with out having someone that knows about vehicles. Take cautious they really don't check these vehicles out they get from auctions. Very un trustworthy, dishonest, no respect, and no customer service.
I haven't even bought a vehicle from this car dealership yet, and I'm already writing a review. That should really say something. This dealership is family owned and operated, and they're amazing, wonderful people! The owner spent 45 minutes on the phone with me, just listening to my story, and being so upfront about my soon to be purchase. Very knowledgeable about everyone of his vehicles, and honestly takes the time and money to put a good, reliable car on the road. I can't ask for more from a company! I'm very excited to make my next vehicle purchase at Bucktail Motor!!
I was a half hour before a salesman even talked to when I started the car I wanted to test drive there was no gas in it.
