Stoltz Ford of St. Marys once again provided 7 new vehicles for our annual Memorial Day Parade. The dealership is friendly, courteous, professional and very community minded.
The services I received was the oil change & filters and state inspection. What I paid for and did not receive was part of the 'tune-up' as conveyed to the service technician. Whereas of because now that I am aware of my ignition system, a tune-up should of also involved also ignition coils and wiring. At no point over the 6 hours was I asked for clarification and was assured they were working on it.
Made a phone appointment for specific work to be done the following week so they can order the parts I needed, parts being spark plugs and wires, as well as needing an oil change and serpentine belt. Dropped it off at 9:00am, after about 6 hours(almost 3:00pm) my car was finally done. To my shock they didn't replace the spark wires AT ALL(which has and exposed section in them)! Or change/lubricate the belt. My service printout states they were checked and deemed 'OK'. I wanted them replaced not inspected. So basically I had an almost $400 oil change(Which the service desk associates were laughing about)!! Absolutely do not recommend. At no point was I told these predefined services were not actually being done. Was completely blindsided when I opened the hood to check their work. Completely unprofessional, Stoltz gives Ford a bad name.
I bought vehicles at this dealership & also had service done here. The dealership does not rely on high pressure to sell a vehicle. Just great prices & treating me with respect. The service dept was always helpful in explaining what needed to be done BEFORE the work was completed. No surprises & they didn't do unnecessary work.
I have wanted a Ford Mustang as long as I can remember. My husband wanted to take a drive and we ended up here. I saw a gorgeous red GTO in great condition, with very low mileage. We took a test drive and when we got back, the paperwork was waiting. Staff very friendly. I can't recommend them & this dealership high enough.
The personnel at Stoltz Ford of St Marys are spectacular. I was able to purchase a new F350 and was very satisfied from sales to completion of the deal. The sales and service department is always available to answer any questions I have.
